VoyaZair attaches the utmost importance to protecting your personal data. This policy describes how we collect, use and protect your information, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and the amended French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés).

We collect the following categories of data:

• Identity: title, last name, first name, date of birth.
• Contact details: postal address, e-mail, phone.
• Travel: type of trip requested, approximate dates, number of travellers, preferences, specific needs (medical, dietary).
• Travel documents: passport, ID photo, supporting documents required for the Nusuk visa — only after a quote has been signed.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, as part of anonymised audience measurement.

• Responding to your quote requests and organising your trip — basis: performance of the contract or pre-contractual measures.
• Managing invoicing and accounting — basis: legal obligation.
• Sending you communications about your booking — basis: legitimate interest.
• Improving the website and our services — basis: legitimate interest (anonymised audience measurement).

• Quote requests that did not lead to a booking: 3 years.
• Client files: 5 years after the end of the trip.
• Accounting and tax documents: 10 years (legal obligation).
• Cookies and technical data: 13 months maximum.

Your data is strictly reserved for the VoyaZair team and our essential operational partners: airlines, hotels, the Saudi authorities for the Nusuk visa, insurers, and medical providers where applicable. It is never sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Some processing (in particular Nusuk formalities and on-site management) involves a transfer to Saudi Arabia. These transfers are governed by standard contractual clauses or justified by the performance of the contract.

You have the following rights at any time:
